Food Review: Madrid European Bakery and Patisserie

The Madrid Bakery is a café that offers a wide variety of pastries and drinks. Some items I have tried include the Apple Tart, Chocolate San Marcos, and Pastel Vasco, all of which were absolutely delicious. My personal favorite was the Pastel Vasco, a pastry cream baked into a handmade pâte sablée butter cookie shell. This pastry was not only delicious but also visually appealing.

The atmosphere of the bakery itself is exquisite. The interior is filled with the sweet aromas of fresh pastries, yet it remains spotless. The cleanliness is reflected in the all-white tables, counters, and chairs. The bakery is brightened by natural light streaming through a glass wall that overlooks the main street. Finally, watching people sit and work on their computers or papers creates a calm, peaceful environment. I recommend Madrid European Bakery and Patisserie to anyone with or without a sweet tooth. I give it 5 stars.
